Job summary

A construction company is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the team in coordinating various aspects of construction projects. This role involves managing document control, cost control, scheduling, and subtrade coordination, with frequent communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction and relevant education. Competitive salary range of 80 to 105K CAD is offered.

Qualifications

• LEED GA or AP certification, or experience an asset.
• QA / QC Management experience.
• Familiarity with health and safety management software (i.e. WorkHub).

Responsibilities

• Support the project team(s) to achieve project budget, scope, and schedule.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure clear direction and timelines.
• Manage changes (scope, drawings, trades, staff, material, etc.).
• Organize and prepare minutes from site meetings.
• Maintain SBW and OH&S standards in projects.

Skills

General industrial and commercial construction experience

Fluent communication (verbal and writing) skills

Proficient problem solving and organization skills

Great interpersonal skills

5+ years of experience in a general multidisciplinary construction environment

Education

Engineering Program, ABT or Bachelor of Technology Construction Management
