Qualifications

• 10 years of major project experience holding commercial roles.
• 5 years of project controls experience for large transportation/infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of management practices, particularly finance & accounting.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Provide accurate internal reporting and interface with management.
• Implement Change Management on assigned projects.
• Monitor project total expenditure including invoices and claims.
