  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, advanced Excel, and familiarity with project management platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with HVAC, lighting, building automation, EV infrastructure, or agricultural energy systems
  • Familiarity with residential and commercial construction practices and energy codes
  • Industry certifications such as PMP, CEM, BPI, LEED-AP, or Six Sigma
  • Strong client-facing, interpersonal, and communication skills
