Job summary

L3Harris Montréal is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead German-market programs from our Montreal office. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage technical projects, and ensure alignment with contract requirements while navigating bilingual communication with stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience, fluent German, and strong leadership. A hybrid work arrangement and eligible security clearances support this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree with 6+ years of work experience.
• Experience coordinating stakeholder communications with management and teams.
• Technical knowledge of engineering terms in German.
• Experienced team leader and people manager.
• Experience managing technical projects.
• Good organizational and leadership skills.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Advanced MS Office usage including MS Project and scheduling software.
• German language mandatory (written and spoken).
• Strong written and verbal communication in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program execution complies with specifications, performance, schedules, costs, and internal policies.
• Review project performance against milestones and budget.
• Coordinate technical project activities.
• Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Support technical, cost, and schedule aspects of proposals.
• Discuss alternative solutions with customers including contractual changes.
• Provide after-sales technical support solutions.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Compensation Range: Between $79,500 - $129,500 CDN annually

Essential Functions:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
