A boutique consulting firm is looking for a Program Manager / Sr. Project Manager to lead a Fund Accounting Conversion in Toronto, Ontario. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of current Fund Accounting experience and a strong background in project management. Responsibilities include defining project scope, building plans, and ensuring project governance. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of solid Fund Accounting experience.
• Current Fund accounting knowledge is essential.
• Understanding of Canadian Fund Accounting Requirements and Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead an end-to-end Fund Accounting Conversion.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Build a project plan with work packages and milestones.
• Define and lead data conversion and migration plans.
• Ensure Operational Readiness before project launch.
