Qualifications

• 5+ years in production support role, supporting multiple applications.
• 5+ years experience in Linux and Windows platform.
• Experience with Win Server, SQL, MS SQL Server, SSIS, Java, IIS, and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of IT Standards, Methodologies, SDLC, & audit requirements.
• Experience in on-call afterhours support.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support by monitoring application health.
• Develop relationships with partners to achieve operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve automation and efficiency.
• Raise support tickets and work with vendors for additional learning.
• Facilitate meetings for problem solving and task implementation.
