TheSenior Production Supervisor is responsible for managing the bakery production and the people and systems involved in a high-performance cross-functional team environment. This role requires a proactive leader who can inspire performance, foster collaboration, and maintain a strong culture of safety and compliance, ensuring our “LifeSaving Rules” are always followed. Success in this position demands exceptional communication skills, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to drive operational excellence through effective planning, organization, and team development.
The annual salary range for applicants is: $67,700 - $100,000 which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other factors.
