You will design, implement, and validate scheduling algorithms, guiding the development of constraints, heuristics, and meta-heuristics within a trusted software platform. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is required
• Minimum 5+ years of algorithm development in production environments
• Experience with production scheduling algorithms and enterprise software
• Proficiency in OO languages (Java/C#/C++) and testing
• Ability to translate real-world scheduling problems into models
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test production scheduling models and heuristics
• Translate real-world constraints into robust computational models
• Apply advanced scheduling techniques, including AI/ML where appropriate
• Lead or contribute to core scheduling logic in an enterprise product
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and performance tests
• Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and support throughout the SDLC
• Review code for correctness, architectural fit, and safety
