Reporting into the Director, Product, the Sr Product Specialist, Home plays a key role in driving the execution of innovation initiatives from concept approval through to launch. This role is responsible for managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, and ensuring new products meet category objectives and financial targets. As a central point of contact across teams, the Senior Specialist ensures alignment, operational efficiency, and timely delivery of product launches. Their work directly supports the successful commercialization of innovation, strengthens retail partnerships, and contributes to the organization’s growth through disciplined execution and process optimization.

The compensation range on average for this position is from $65,000-$72,000 annually. Base pay is dependent on market location and mayvary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
