Job summary

Sino Biological, Inc. in Vancouver, Canada, seeks a Senior Product Scientist to manage the product lifecycle from production through Go-To-Market and provide product and marketing support to global customers and collaborators.

The role includes driving the lifecycle of enzyme and kinase products, coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing market and competitive data, and supporting marketing campaigns and tradeshows.

Job Description

The individual will be the Senior Product Scientist / Product Scientist of the Global Product & Marketing Team. The primary responsibility is to manage the product lifecycle from production to Go-To-Market strategy, and provide product and marketing support to global customers and collaborator, which includes but is not limited to:

• Drive the execution of the enzyme and kinase product lifecycle processes, including product research, product development, product launch, market research, and roadmap development.
• Drive the strategic business planning and client-facing initiatives across cross-functional teams of the company
• Analyze and present products’ strength, weakness, competitors, requirements and sales performance.
• Provide support for marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and other promotional activities.
• Perform other product-related duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, or related field); PhD preferred.
• Familiar with recombinant proteins, enzymes, prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression systems. Hands‑on experience on kinase protein expression and/or functional assay is preferred.
• Industry experience in product management and/or project management, preferably within the life sciences, biotechnology, or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with scientists, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• English/Chinese bilingual is preferred.
