As Senior Product QA Developer at Epicor, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You’ll design and execute test plans, lead automation efforts, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands‑on role where your expertise in QA processes and tools will directly impact product success.

What You Will Be Doing

• Designing, developing, and executing software test plans and test cases
• Managing and maintaining advanced manual and automated QA processes
• Leading metrics tracking and reporting for quality improvements
• Analyzing product features from the customer’s perspective to influence design
• Collaborating across teams to support and enhance quality processes
• Owning QA projects independently and mentoring team members
• Participating in requirements reviews and providing expert recommendations
• Estimating timelines and scope for new software changes

What You Will Likely Bring

• 5+ years of QA experience with proven success
• 3+ years of test automation experience
• 2+ years of specialized or industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong experience with QA tools and methodologies
• Proficiency in developing and executing test cases, scripts, and plans
• Experience establishing complete QA processes
• Ability to work independently and lead teams
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Skilled in planning and estimating timelines for tasks

What Could Set You Apart

• Experience testing across Windows, Android, iOS, and Web platforms
• Exposure to building materials or retail industries
• Familiarity with Windows Server, IIS, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with InstallShield
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools: TestComplete (SmartBear), WebDriverIO, Locust, Appium
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile development processes
• Experience using Jira for QA tracking
• Financial systems experience, especially Dynamics GP
• Above average math skills
