As a Senior Product Owner – Customer Data Platforms (CDP), you will lead the planning and delivery of CDP implementations within our Global Digital Marketing team. In this role, you’ll shape our MarTech ecosystem, drive innovation, and enable data-driven personalization across the organization. This is your opportunity to collaborate with talented teams, lead strategic initiatives, and make a tangible impact on how we connect with millions of customers worldwide.

Position Responsibilities
  • Partner with Business, Marketing, Program Management, and Data Office teams to gather and document requirements for CDP use cases.
  • Collaborate with data enablement and engineering teams to analyze technical dependencies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive product strategy, planning, and delivery of CDP capabilities to enable personalization across the organization.
  • Create and maintain a roadmap for use cases and technical enhancements, prioritizing delivery with business analysts and data engineers.
  • Lead Agile squads, manage backlog, and ensure timely delivery of projects while increasing squad velocity.
  • Define, measure, and report KPIs for use cases and campaigns in partnership with Measurement & Insights teams.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Canada segment CDP projects, managing backlog and feature prioritization.
  • Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams, maintaining RAID logs and process documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, particularly in MarTech implementation projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering principles and web/app data collection.
  • Experience leading digital transformation projects and managing cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
  • Knowledge of offline data integration and Azure Data Lake.
  • Relevant certifications in CDP, digital transformation, or project management.
  • Experience in the financial services industry in Canada.

Salary range is expected to be between

$109,600.00 CAD - $159,600.00 CAD
