Quadient is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to bridge product teams and sales across the Americas, leading launches and crafting compelling value stories for the Finance Automation portfolio.

In this B2B SaaS role, you’ll shape go-to-market strategy for AP/AR solutions, develop collateral, train field teams, and gather market feedback to guide product development. Hybrid work with global collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

• Solid product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in finance automation, fintech or accounting software.
• Background in finance processes such as accounts payable and accounts receivable is a plus.
• Hands-on experience launching products and building collateral.
• Ability to convey a product story credibly to sales and customers.

Responsabilités

• Lead product launches for the Americas, from positioning to field readiness and customer communications.
• Be the go-to expert on the AP/AR portfolio for sales, operations and regional marketing.
• Create clear value propositions, sales collateral and campaign content to win deals.
• Provide competitive insights to keep the field ahead of the competition.
• Support sales conversations and at-risk accounts with credible product representation.
• Capture market feedback from North America to inform the product team.

Finance teams across North America still lose hours to manual invoices, chasing payments and piecing together cash visibility. Quadient's Finance Automation portfolio of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Management solutions helps them get that time back. We have big plans to grow it across the Americas over the next few years.

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to be the link between our product team and the people selling and supporting our solutions every day. You'll bring new products to market, make sure our sales and customer teams can tell a compelling story, and help turn great products into real growth.

What you'll do

• Lead product launches for the Americas, from positioning and messaging to field readiness and customer communication
• Be the go-to expert on our AP and AR portfolio for sales, operations and regional marketing
• Build clear value propositions, sales collateral and campaign content that help our teams win
• Keep the field ahead of the competition with sharp, practical competitive insight
• Support sales conversations and at-risk accounts, representing our products credibly in front of customers
• Bring the voice of the North American market back to the product team so we keep building what customers need
• Work closely with colleagues in Europe as part of our Finance Automation and invoicing team

What you'll bring

• Solid product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in finance automation, fintech or accounting software
• A good understanding of finance processes such as accounts payable and accounts receivable. A background in accounting or finance is a real plus
• Hands‑on experience launching products and building the collateral that goes with them
• Confidence in front of customers and sales teams, and the credibility to represent a product well
• Curiosity, adaptability and a proactive approach. You're comfortable when priorities shift and you enjoy figuring things out
