Within the Business Network & Systems organization, the Over The Top (OTT) product team diligently works across the TELUS Business Solutions organization to drive growth across a critical set of products that small and medium‑sized businesses need to fuel their business success such as physical security (TELUS Secure Business), unified communications (Business Connect), entertainment (Business TV), ubiquitous connectivity (Business Wi‑Fi), internet and voice. We are looking for a highly motivated and results‑driven individual to join the OTT team as a Senior Product Manager for the TELUS Secure Business product. This is an exciting role where you will strategize, orchestrate, and execute on initiatives to improve TELUS Secure Business product profitability, value chain experience, and customer experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with multiple cross‑functional teams across TELUS including: Project Management Office, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Field Technicians, and Systems teams. You’ll be at the heart of our collaborative culture that thrives on creativity and innovation.

This position will report to the Manager of the over the top (OTT), TELUS Secure Business product team. The Senior Product Manager is a strategic‑minded individual that sees the big picture but can also execute effectively and efficiently. The Senior Product Manager is not afraid to challenge the status quo and design, create, and implement a vision for short and long‑term success.

Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
