You will define a compelling vision, craft metrics that matter, and experiment your way to breakthrough features, partnering with Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Design, and ML teams to redefine discovery and drive engagement and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in a high-traffic consumer environment.
• Demonstrated success shipping ML-driven features that move core metrics at scale.
• Deep familiarity with retrieval and ranking algorithms, embeddings, and feature stores.
• Thrives amid ambiguity and aligns cross-functional teams toward a shared vision.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Mathematics or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Chart a multi-year recommendations roadmap spanning candidate generation, ranking, and results presentation.
• Translate cutting-edge retrieval and ranking research into production systems with real-time data.
• Define metrics that matter and monitor engagement, CTR, completion, and retention.
• Ship incremental relevance improvements while building an extensible platform aligned with long-term strategy.
• Synthesize experiments and user feedback to inform prioritization and design.
• Communicate requirements and timelines clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
