Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or consumer financial services.
• Proven success growing adoption of financial products at scale.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and risk considerations.
• Data-driven with experience in experimentation and growth optimization.
• AI fluency: actively uses AI tools to prototype, test, and accelerate product development.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy for Earned Wage Access (EWA) product.
• Run customer discovery and rapid experiments to identify pain points.
• Optimize platform performance, UX, and reliability.
• Partner closely with Compliance and Risk.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery and roadmap execution.
• Define and track success metrics related to user adoption.
