Job description
About NationGraph:

Our world runs on public infrastructure, yet government data sits fragmented across thousands of portals, PDFs, and poorly designed databases. Finding relevant information—like which city just put out an RFP, or which agency is buying a new software system—often requires detective-level research. NationGraph’s mission is to end that detective work.

By automating data collection, normalizing records, building a knowledge graph with this data, and presenting it in a single, intuitive interface, we do for public procurement what Bloomberg did for finance and CoStar did for commercial real estate.

Our team works hard to simplify the complicated process of doing business with the government by building great software to solve a real problem.

AI applications applied to government procurement are in their infancy—join us in building an industry-defining product.

About the Role:

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to build the product that will define the industry. You’ll own the roadmap and voice of the customer, turning feedback and data into an intuitive, high-quality product experience.

This role requires hunger, obsession with quality, and love for building. It requires an obsession with the customer, understanding their pain points deeply and relentlessly focusing on delivering real value while always working backwards from the customer’s needs.

You’ll balance when to perfect details and when to ship the 20% that drives 80% of the results, but always with a clear focus on what creates the most impact for our users.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own the product roadmap. Define, prioritize, and deliver features that align with customer needs and company goals.

  • Champion the customer voice. Bring the customer into every product decision, ensuring we always build what solves real problems and creates lasting value.

  • Continually push shipping with urgency, polish with care. Know when to move fast to capture value and when to push for quality and craft.

  • Work hand-in-hand with engineering and design. Ensure clarity, unblock teams, and drive product execution.

  • Measure what matters. Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and iterate quickly.

  • Elevate product quality. Obsess over usability, design, and performance to deliver a best-in-class experience.

  • Contribute to product strategy and culture. Help build the product management function from zero and establish the processes that allow us to scale.

What You’ll Bring:

Must-haves:

  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.

  • Strong customer empathy and intuition; you thrive on listening to users and working backwards from their needs.

  • Fluency in data. Comfortable with SQL or similar, and adept at turning insights into decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.

  • Clear, concise communicator. Written and verbal. Extremely high attention to detail.

  • A builder’s mindset: hungry, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Early-stage startup experience (ideally first PM).

  • Experience building products with complex data or workflows.

  • Strong familiarity with AI/LLM products.

  • Track record of launching high-quality, customer-loved features in fast cycles.

What You’ll Get From Us:

  • Founder-Level Exposure: Work closely with the CEO/CTO/founding team on go-to-market, pricing, and fundraising strategies.

  • A zero bureaucracy environment: We believe in moving extremely fast and making bold decisions without red tape.

  • See the products you build from 0 to 1 help shape the trajectory of the company. Work on solving real-world problems that matter and work directly with interesting founders in their journey as they improve the infrastructure our government relies on at every level

  • We believe in working with great people with a diversity of thought, an eagerness to learn, a boldness to challenge the status quo, and a deep care for the work we put out into the world.
