What is the Opportunity?

We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Product Manager to help drive growth at the RBCx Venture, Mydoh. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product development, data, design, engineering and marketing, ensuring our product and solutions resonate with target audiences and drive adoption. You’ll have the opportunity to influence how our products are perceived in the market, support high-impact launches, and drive measurable business outcomes.

What Will You Do?

Strategic Contribution & Roadmap Development

  • Collaborate with leadership to shape and refine product vision and strategy
  • Identify growth opportunities and innovative ways to upgrade existing products or develop new ones
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop detailed product roadmaps leveraging research and data
  • Prioritize product features and initiatives based on strategic objectives and market needs

Execution and Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and analytics
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve product performance and customer experience
  • Oversee the feature lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond
  • Set realistic timelines and milestones for product development phases

Customer Focus

  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by continuously improving the overall customer experience
  • Translate customer needs into product requirements and features

Stakeholder Management

  • Consistently communicate and promote key outcomes and success metrics to stakeholders
  • Align different teams and departments around product goals and outcomes
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers and other junior members

Performance Tracking

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success
  • Monitor market trends and competition to ensure the product remains competitive

Must-Haves

  • Product Experience: 8+ years leading and managing products in high growth environments.
  • Growth Experience: Deploying engagement loops, scaling products and driving product-led growth initiatives, including user acquisition, activation and retention
  • Mobile Experience: Building and optimizing mobile products and a strong understanding of the app store ecosystems and platform-specific best practices. Stakeholder Management. Word-class ability to manage stakeholders and work in a cross-functional collaborative environment.
  • Customer Centricity: Deep understanding of customer needs and leveraging research, data and feedback to deliver measurable value to customers.
  • Ability to Influence: Influence teams without direct authority and lead other product managers as required.
  • Ability to Execute: Proven success in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps in high growth environments.

Nice to Have

  • Payments Knowledge: Understanding of payments process, fraud prevention, risk and compliance.
  • Product Marketing: Knowledge. Understanding of go-to-market strategies including positioning, messaging and attribution.
  • Startup Experience: Experience in fintechs or startups leading digital banking, payments, and/or financial product development.
  • Enterprise Experience: Experience in large, matrixed organizations with shared services.
  • Post-Secondary Education: Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
