You will lead cross-functional teams through discovery, design, planning, execution, launch, and adoption — ensuring solutions are branch-centric, client-focused, operationally ready, and aligned to the firm’s broader strategy.

This role requires a strong blend of product leadership, investment-program knowledge, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and execution discipline. • Lead initiatives from discovery through launch and transition, ensuring solutions are scalable, operationally sustainable, and integrated into branch and client workflows.
  • Build strong business cases and roadmap recommendations based on advisor/client needs, competitive insights, regulatory considerations, operational feasibility, and firm strategy.
Cross-Functional Delivery & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead cross-functional and create alignment across diverse stakeholder groups by clearly articulating outcomes, trade-offs, risks, dependencies, and decision points.
  • Partner with project management and delivery teams to manage timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, governance, and escalation paths.
Branch, Client & Field-Centric Product Development
  • Develop a deep understanding of branch workflows, advisor needs, client expectations, operational pain points, and adoption barriers.
  • Engage with branch teams, field leaders, advisory groups, champions, and internal partners to gather feedback and test early concepts.
  • Partner with change management, learning, communications, and field enablement teams to support successful adoption and sustained usage.
  • Develop or contribute to advisor-facing materials, launch content, training, FAQs, talking points, leadership updates, and business readiness artifacts.
Industry, Competitive & Regulatory Awareness
  • Monitor trends in Canadian wealth management, managed accounts, fee-based advice, discretionary programs, advisor-managed models, digital advice, client reporting, and platform modernization.
  • Translate market, competitive, regulatory, and business insights into roadmap recommendations and product enhancements.
  • Maintain awareness of Canadian regulatory expectations, including CIRO-related considerations, suitability, supervision, managed account obligations, disclosure, and client reporting impacts.
Required Qualifications
