Role Overview

Senior Product Manager to support the Engineering (Development), Product, Sales, and Client Success teams. You will play a vital role in ensuring clients are wowed by our product’s experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product feature identification, backlog management, and prioritization.
  • Prospect and customer-facing support for new products and features.
  • Platform technical support, troubleshooting, and system configuration activities.
  • Product evaluation, testing, and coordination of client-centric feedback.
  • Project organization and ensuring initiatives stay on track across departments.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing product role with web-based applications.
  • Proven track record of client-facing interactions and strong collaboration skills.
  • Excellent project management, technical troubleshooting, and knowledge of the SAAS development life cycle.
  • Experience with SAAS development teams and tools (Salesforce, Jira, Github, Figma, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for perfection.
  • Nice‑to‑haves: 4-5 years of experience working in technology development, technical support, or testing; past work experience within a college or university or admissions; working knowledge of databases, SQL, and ability to create and run scripts.

  • Enable and enhance both the development team’s and the client success team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and lead interviews with clients and prospects to identify product enhancements, capabilities, and features.
  • Work directly with clients and prospects to solve complex use cases, manage integrations, and customize account configurations.
  • Contribute to prioritization of bugs and new features in concert with Engineering, Client Success, Sales, and other product team members.
  • Advocate for our clients across the organization and analyze and share client insights that improve the product’s utility, efficiency, effectiveness, convenience, and value to the client.

  • Strong organizational skills in process management—must be adept at managing multiple projects and balancing competing deadlines.
  • Strong client-facing skills and collaboration and communication skills.
  • Excellent at creating and delivering compelling and clear presentations for training internal teams and external clients.
