Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for Deputy’s integration ecosystem, including partner connectors and data synchronization
- Lead the discovery, scoping, and delivery of integration features across HRIS, payroll, and POS domains
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories
- Partner with external organizations to shape integration roadmaps and certification standards
- Analyze customer usage and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in integration health
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Familiarity with integration ecosystems involving payroll, HR, and POS systems
- Experience in developing partner relationships and co-marketing opportunities
- Knowledge of product metrics and analytics tools to guide decision-making
