Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Profile and Account team. You will own the product vision and roadmap for courier data and accounts, collaborating with Design, UXR, Tech, and global teams across Europe and Canada.

You’ll ensure regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security are embedded in core services while driving improvements in engagement and operational efficiency for the courier ecosystem.

About this role:

As Senior Product Manager in the Profile and Account team, you will be part of the Engagement & Retention and Courier Profile domain, which builds the platform in JET that we use to manage our couriers data from application to offboarding.

You will be responsible for ensuring high quality and compliance for our couriers' data and accounts.

You will collaborate closely with other product teams, global stakeholders, and local teams across Europe and Canada to ensure the development of systems. Your efforts will support our Profile, Compliance, and Engagement teams by ensuring regulatory compliance, elevating the courier experience, and eliminating unnecessary manual tasks.

Location: Alberta ( Remote)

Reporting to: Senior Group Product Manager

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap
• Lead the product life cycle, from identifying opportunities to ensuring flawless go-to-market
• Product discovery in collaboration with other functions like Design, UXR & Tech
• Define requirements & releases with the engineering team
• Proactively communicate & collaborate with stakeholders
• Reporting on team progress towards goals, managing expectations and communicating effectively with stakeholders
• Set goals for the team to improve KPIs

What will you bring to the table?

• Experience as a Senior Product Owner or Senior Product Manager in Agile software development teams
• Proven ability to partner with engineering to critically evaluate technical solutions and trade-offs.
• Effective communication of complex matters and requirements to non-domain experts in a clear, simple and concise way
• Solution-oriented and practical mindset, aiming to positively impact those around you
• A proactive approach to your job, finding ways to optimise our processes & products
• Experience embedding regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security standards directly into core platform services.
• Proven track record of managing the platform as a product to support other teams.
• Experience with event-driven microservice architectures and modular UI engineering experience is a plus.
