Hi 👋🏾 I’m Abhik, Ashby’s Co‑Founder and VP of Engineering. We’re looking for a versatile, persistent product engineer who’s not afraid to set up reusable building blocks across the stack and advocate for the time and space to do so.

Overview

At Ashby we ship features end‑to‑end at a high pace. You’ll own a large portion of one of our products, research competitors, write product specs, build wireframes, and implement your solution end‑to‑end. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering, work fast, and drive technical and product ambiguity to high‑quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end feature builds from research to delivery.
• Research competitors, write product specs, and build wireframes.
• Implement and ship features across the stack with minimal process.
• Advocate for reusable building blocks and the time and space to set them up.
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering to iterate on product decisions.
