We are seeking a Senior Product Desinger (UX/UI) to join our team. This is a strategic, customer-centred role for a designer who excels at creating intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences. You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Technology, and business stakeholders to solve complex customer problems through thoughtful design. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you'll lead end-to-end design initiatives while using customer insights, data, and usability best practices to shape experiences that deliver measurable business outcomes.

What will you be doing?
  • Drive end-to-end UX and UI design for customer-facing digital experiences (web and app) from discovery and user journey mapping through wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, implementation, and post-launch optimization. Ensure solutions are intuitive, accessible, and aligned to customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define customer problems, identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and shape product direction through user-centred design, customer insights, and data-driven decision making.
  • Facilitate design discussions with stakeholders, balancing customer needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and implementation considerations to drive informed product decisions.
  • Foster a customer validation and continuous improvement mindset by leveraging user research, usability testing, A/B testing, behavioural insights, analytics, and customer feedback to validate hypotheses, iterate on designs, and improve business and customer outcomes.
  • Proactively identify customer experience opportunities by evaluating existing digital experiences, uncovering usability issues and friction points, and recommending innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and deliver measurable business value.
  • Advocate for usability, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and UX best practices across digital experiences, ensuring high-quality, inclusive, and consistent customer interactions.
  • Contribute to the foundation of digital design systems, guidelines, and reusable components, promoting consistency, scalability, and efficient collaboration across Product, Technology, and Brand teams while ensuring adherence to established design standards.
  • Stay current with emerging UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices, identifying opportunities to improve design processes, workflows, collaboration, and the overall maturity of digital product design within the organization.
What experience do you have?
  • Lead the end-to-end design of customer-facing digital experiences, from discovery and research through design, testing, launch, and optimization.
  • Apply human-centred design principles, customer insights, analytics, and business context to solve complex user and business challenges.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business partners to facilitate discussions, influence decision-making, and build alignment across stakeholders.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished user experiences in Figma, while contributing to scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
  • Plan and conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and behavioural analysis, to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Take ownership of design initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities, navigating ambiguity, and driving work forward with minimal direction.
  • Ensure experiences are visually engaging, intuitive, accessible, and aligned with brand and customer needs.
  • Leverage AI-powered design tools to rapidly explore concepts, create low-fidelity designs, and accelerate iterative design processes.
  • Partner effectively with development teams by applying knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Contribute to creative storytelling and digital experiences through the use of Adobe Creative Suite, motion design, video editing, and micro-interactions where appropriate.
  • Bring an understanding of highly regulated environments, such as financial services, to design solutions that balance customer needs, business goals, and compliance requirements.

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability towork three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.

$103,500.00 – $115,500.00 CAD(includes base salary and bonus)
