Job summary

Okta in Toronto is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape its expansive identity and security product portfolio, bringing exceptional craft and fresh perspective to complex problems. You will join a centralized design team, collaborate with researchers, PMs, engineering, and data science, and lead end-to-end experiences that are secure and user-centric.

You must attend in-person orientation in Toronto and visit the office two days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Portfolio showing complex, technical projects across design process.
• Experience incorporating AI into design process and crafting prompts for Scalaed use.
• Ability to connect user insights with business goals in a fast-moving portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute a design strategy with impact on UX and business outcomes.
• Design end-to-end flows for multiple personas across the Okta portfolio.
• Collaborate with research, UX writing, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science.
• Present work and influence key product decisions to leadership.
