Job summary

MaintainX, a leading AI-first work execution platform, is seeking a Senior Product Designer in Toronto to shape the AI-powered product experience for frontline teams. You’ll own end-to-end design across web and mobile, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers to turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive tools.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in B2B SaaS design, experience with AI features, and strong visual/interaction design skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features such as natural language interfaces, agents, and predictive insights.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion.
• A systems thinker who naturally spots patterns, builds for reuse, and considers how design decisions scale across a product.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design intent, navigate ambiguous product spaces, and influence cross-functional peers.
• An expert level of English, both spoken and written, is required, as the individual will need to work across multiple teams and present work to executive stakeholders.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines exceptional craft with deep product thinking to shape MaintainX’s AI-first product experience. You’ll lead end-to-end design across web and mobile, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and designers to turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive tools for frontline workers.
