As a Senior Product Designer (6 Month Contract) is responsible for creating innovative and user-friendly experiences on our customer facing websites. This role involves understanding user needs, conducting research, and translating those insights into functional designs.

What you'll do :

Collaborate with Senior Product Designers, Product Managers, Customer Experience and engineers to integrate feedback into the design and development process.

Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Product Design

Provide feedback to collaborators at multiple levels of the organization.

Conduct user research using a variety of methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.

To create wireframes, mock-ups and high-fidelity prototypes.

Design and build B2C and B2B related pages in AEM

What you'll bring :

Proven experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Experience working with design systems

Experience building pages in AEM

Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Great analytical and problem-solving skills.

Great communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

A passion for creating user-centered products.

Knowledge of web accessibility and its importance.

Optional but beneficial experience :

Front-end development experience in AEM

Copywriting experience

Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset
