Requirements

MUST HAVE :

  • 8 years of UX / UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment
  • Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session
  • Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing / prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A / B tests for CRO
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences

EXPERIENCE : 8 years of UX / UI experience within performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.

Your Role

Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed CRO-optimized user experiences that blend strategy, aesthetics, and functionality across Launch Potato web properties.

Outcomes
  • Deliver complete test-ready user experiences from concept and ideation through high-fidelity prototypes and dev hand-off, backed by A / B test results and user insights
  • Independently lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post-test iteration
  • Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design direction
  • Identify and proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX / CRO design leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints
  • Champion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organization
  • Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability
