We are seeking a Sr. Product Designer with experience in end-to-end product design, user-centered research, and cross-functional collaboration. As a Sr. Product Designer, you'll be a key player on our product team, tackling complex problems and crafting elegant, user-friendly solutions. This role is about more than just making things look good. You'll lead the end-to-end design process, from initial research and discovery to final pixel-perfect execution. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals. While we have physical locations, we work remote, giving you the flexibility to do your best work from wherever you are.
Confident. You can independently drive the design process from start to finish for complex features or products.
Mentor-minded. You're a coach to other designers, providing constructive feedback and helping to grow the skills of your teammates.
Communicative. You can clearly articulate your design decisions, presenting your work and backing up your choices with insights and data. You can speak the language of product, engineering, and business.
Simplify the complex : You have a proven track record of breaking down complicated workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
Strategic. You don't just solve the problem in front of you; you think about the broader system and the long-term impact of your design choices.
Take ownership of the user experience for a specific product area, from concept to launch.
Conduct user research when necessary, including interviews and usability testing, to inform your designs.
Create design artifacts that build consensus - wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure your designs are implemented to a high standard.
Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Champion a user-centric design culture within the organization.
