Job summary

Zip is an AI platform for enterprise procurement. Senior Product Designer needed to own end-to-end design for customer-facing features. You’ll work with designers, PMs, and engineers to craft consumer-grade experiences for complex enterprise workflows, with direct access to users for UX research.

Based in Toronto on a hybrid basis (3 days/week in-office), you’ll translate user needs into elegant interfaces, iterate on feedback, and contribute to design reviews across the product surface.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years professional design experience shipping at least one full product or significant feature end to end as the lead designer.
• Experience shipping at least one full product or significant feature end to end as the lead designer.
• Experience iterating with engineers and other team members on both visual and UX designs to get the experience and details just right.
• Excellent presentation, collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design of product features from concept to launch.
• Partner closely with engineers, and with PM and go-to-market stakeholders to brainstorm, define, and implement new features and offerings.
• Collaborate closely with our product and customer-facing teams to participate in UX Research and design thoughtful solutions.
• Iterate quickly on designs based on user feedback; participate in regular design reviews with the broader design team.
