Senior Product Analyst, Specialty Health Technology, Brampton, ON

As a Senior Product Analyst, your responsibility will be to assist with maintain our Salesforce platform as well as designing, implementing, and overseeing S‑Docs and DocuSign templates within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your contributions will enhance the efficiency and overall performance of our Salesforce Org.

The incumbent is responsible for Business Systems which primarily include but is not limited to Salesforce Health Cloud. The incumbent will perform systems application support to help patient programs, troubleshooting / major incident management, quality assurance, and other general system administrator functions.

What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee day‑to‑day Salesforce administration including user management, permissions, profiles, and data maintenance.
  • Provide first‑line assistance for application issues and escalations as necessary.
  • Ensure system stability through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate Salesforce changes, upgrades, and integrations with service providers.
  • Liaise between business users and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures позиции and issue resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, security, and data integrity standards.
  • Design, build, and maintain S‑Docs templates that align with удалось organizational branding and functional needs.
  • Create and manage DocuSign templates, incorporating dynamic Salesforce merge fields and tags.

What you Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration or development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud
  • Proficiency with HTML/CSS for S‑Docs customization; familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical users.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent documentation practices.
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and adapt to changed dynamics in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with a collaborative mindset.
