Department Overview Commercial Banking offers financial solutions to Canadian businesses. The Commercial Deposits and Cash Management Services (CMS) team plays a critical role in enabling clients to move, manage, and optimize cash flow securely and efficiently. The Billing and Platforms team is responsible for the end-to-end billing lifecycle, including onboarding, pricing setup, invoicing, repricing, and offboarding. The team plays a critical role in ensuring billing accuracy, revenue integrity, and seamless platform experiences, while supporting Commercial Banking’s growth strategy.
The Senior Product Analyst, Billing and Platforms supports the Product Manager in delivering and enhancing billing capabilities across deposit and cash management services. This role is primarily focused on billing remediation, process improvement, and data-driven insights, while also supporting platform initiatives. The incumbent will work cross-functionally to identify and resolve billing issues, improve operational processes, and enable scalable, automated billing solutions that enhance client and colleague experience.
