A leading financial institution in Toronto is seeking a Senior Process Consultant to deliver and build process optimization solutions for Investment Advisor teams. The role involves coaching, client engagement, and continuous process improvement to enhance advisor success. Ideal candidates have a strong understanding of the business model, relevant applications, and excellent communication skills.
As a Senior Process Consultant for Dominion Securities (DS), you will be responsible for delivering the Process Optimization offering to Investment Advisor (IA) teams. You will help teams implement client processes by customizing best practices and utilizing the available applications to create efficiencies.
Your role will also be to create & deliver process optimization solutions to new advisors under the process foundations framework. Your focus will be on implementing efficient client processes and workflows, leveraging available technology and applications to streamline operations. The goal is to provide new advisors with a comprehensive framework for success from the outset, covering key areas such as:
