A retail organization in Ontario is seeking a candidate to manage financial controls and oversee the Internal Controls over Financial Reporting. The ideal applicant will have significant experience in auditing and compliance frameworks, alongside strong process analysis skills. Does the idea of working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, for a world-class retailer interest you? Reporting to Senior Manager, ICFR and Process Analysis, you will document and identify effectiveness of financial controls, as part of the Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) program that is based on the COSO framework.
You will also manage, oversee and recommend modifications and enhancements to financial and operational systems by understanding business objectives and analysing applications / systems related to ICFR for e.g., SAP.
If you have an ICFR compliance mindset and an energetic personality who enjoys diving into control details, completing process and financial analysis, then this is the role for you!
