The ideal candidate has over 8 years in technical support, strong SQL skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, assist in customer success, and drive improvements in service delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in a Technical Support environment.
• Ability to handle multiple designated accounts.
• Familiar with database release management.

Responsibilities

• Delight customers with technical guidance and expert advice.
• Work closely with Technical Account Managers.
• Proactively identify recommendations for product quality improvements.
