The lab undertakes impactful, long-term projects to enhance state-of-the-art research and integrate innovations into the company's products and services, including LLMs, RL, NLP, computer vision, AI theory, and autonomous driving.

About the job:

• Develop strategy, technical roadmap, and key technology direction in fields such as LLMs, AI Agents, Embodied AI, etc.
• Lead research efforts, develop cutting-edge AI solutions, and collaborate with product teams for deployment.
• Identify emerging research areas through interactions with experts and bring insights to the company.
• Publish, present, and contribute as a thought leader in relevant fields.
• Collaborate with a team of researchers using passion and innovative thinking.

About the ideal candidate:

• Hold a PhD in Computer Science or related fields, or have equivalent practical experience.
• Have publications in top-tier AI conferences like NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.
• Possess a deep understanding of fundamentals and state-of-the-art techniques in foundation models.
• Experience or collaboration with industry research labs or tech companies is an asset.
• Experience in building large-scale machine learning solutions is an asset.
