Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering experience, with 7+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering and sonar technologies.
• Experience in the defence industry lifecycle and eligibility for NATO/Canadian clearances.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage engineering work packages across the full project lifecycle.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and internal teams.
• Oversee project engineering work packages to ensure timely delivery and quality outputs.
• Define and manage integration, verification, and validation strategies.
• Develop and maintain engineering plans, schedules, and procedures.
• Provide timely reporting to leadership and customers.
