Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant policy experience, preferably with First Nations.
• Knowledge of Canada Water Agency’s mandate and federal water policy frameworks.
• Able to analyze complex information and communicate concisely.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze statistical information related to freshwater stewardship.
• Make recommendations in policy development based on statistical data.
• Provide updates to the Director on planning and policy processes.
• Build and maintain networks with First Nations leaders and government officials.
