Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in project scheduling and schedule control.
• Proven ability to coordinate with construction management teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and attend meetings with Construction Contractor and CMT to monitor detailed daily plan and 3-week schedule.
• Assess field progress reporting for accuracy and adherence to Rules of Credit.
• Review FIWP packages for completeness and map FIWP to Level 4 contractor tasks.
• Coordinate changes to previously approved packages with Engineering and Procurement impacts.
• Interpret schedule indicators and forecast progress for PMT and OIS Scheduler; advise on mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely communication of OIS progress to Contractor and incorporate latest updates.
• Assess Change Orders with schedule impact and quantify delays with rationale.
