Job summary

Arnett & Burgess Energy Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead a portfolio of pipeline and facility construction projects from pursuit to closeout. This office-based role in Blackfalds, AB requires 10+ years of experience and close collaboration with Superintendents on commercial matters and field execution.

The successful candidate will own master schedules, cost forecasting, risk registers, and client reporting, while ensuring health, safety and quality obligations are embedded in every

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in pipeline and facility construction.
• Fluency with project controls including budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and progress reporting.
• Experience leading and developing direct reports in a project controls, coordination, or administration capacity.
• Ability to work with Superintendents and field crews in bidding and execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects across pursuit, initiation, execution, and closeout, accountable for safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Support estimating and project pursuit, partnering with Superintendents on constructability, production rates, and pricing before bids.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for clients on contracts, change orders, reporting, and escalations.
• Lead Project Controllers and Project Administration staff, set reporting cadence and standards.
