Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years of active antenna design experience.
- Experience with active antenna systems and digital beam forming.
- Antenna testing with radiated test facilities.
- Strong aerospace systems engineering fundamentals and space environment knowledge.
- Ability to work with little supervision and resolve problems analytically.
- Proficient in English; French considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture concept development and requirement traceability.
- Develop subsystem performance budgets (gain, bandwidth, timing, power).
- Coordinate IVV plans and test activities across facilities.
- Interface with cross‑functional teams to resolve integration issues.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
