Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processes related to plan terminations, asset transfers, DCPP wind-ups, and mergers.
• Communicate with Plan Sponsors, Advisors, Business Development, and Financial Institutions.
• Ensure legislative and regulatory requirements are met within required timelines.
• Provide feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes.
