Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working in BSA capacity, preferably in Banking domain.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in payments technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a BSA or in a similar role, with a strong background in Agile principles and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Ability to manage project and business risks and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Participate in agile ceremonies to foster collaboration.
• Refine the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined and prioritized.
• Analyze existing systems for improvement and design new solutions.
• Ensure design leverages existing reusable components.
• Identify and address any issues affecting application integrity.
• Develop test plans to guarantee new systems meet business requirements.
