Faith Evangelical Covenant Church located in Breton, Alberta, a rural setting approximately 1.25 hours South West of Edmonton, Alberta, is inviting applications for a Senior Pastor who will lead Faith Covenant Church (FCC) in its mission to ‘Know God and Make Him Known.’

This person will:

Have Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and passionately to a diverse congregation. Collaborate with Ministry Teams to design, promote, and facilitate small group gatherings that promote spiritual growth, deepen biblical knowledge, and foster fellowship across all age groups.

Embrace Inter-generational Ministry: Understands the spiritual needs of all generations, and is passionate about fostering an environment where all ages feel valued and included.

Be a Compassionate Shepherd: Exhibits a deep commitment to providing pastoral care, walking alongside individuals and families through life’s challenges, and nurturing spiritual growth in every person, regardless of their stage in life.
