• 10+ years in telecommunications or engineering industries.
• 1-5+ years managing engineers or designers.
• Experience in design of outside plant telecommunication network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of municipal and industry standards for telecom infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of telecommunications network OSP designers.
• Conduct final reviews of all completed work to ensure quality.
• Manage work to approved budgets and schedules.
• Own the interface with clients for technical and commercial matters.
