Job summary

• Proven ability to accurately and efficiently select orders.
• Operating material handling equipment safely including pallet jacks and order pickers.
• Maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select and gather products for customer orders using pick sheets, voice-directed systems, or other fulfillment tech.
• Stage selected products for loading onto delivery trucks in a timely and organized manner.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies; assist with cycle counts and adjustments.
• Safely operate material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks and order pickers.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety policies.
• Assist in training new selectors and collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
