Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP program experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, or similar.
• Experience leading cutover and hypercare phases in complex ERP programs.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
• Proven communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cutover activities for a smooth transition.
• Lead Go-Live and Hypercare operations and communications.
• Serve as main contact for cutover and Hypercare activities.
• Ensure compliance with audit and data governance standards.
