The role of Oracle Cloud Financial Technical Cloud Manager involves technical leadership through all project phases, with a strong emphasis on best practices and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience focused on Financials modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, Expenses).
• Minimum four end to end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation experience as a technical lead, with at least two of the following Oracle Cloud Financials Modules: Accounts Payable, Expenses, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management, Cash Management, Fixed Assets; and Exceptional experience on General Ledger.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams, delivering large, complex business transformational projects and programs within Oracle ERP.
• Proven experience with the implementation of Oracle Cloud Technology with Hands-on experience across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS Oracle Cloud offerings; OTBI, BI Publisher; Data Conversion; REST APIs and SOAP Web Services; OIC.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role with strong relationship-building and delivery excellence.
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries.

Responsibilities

• Serving as Technical Lead for key Financials modules on Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects.
• Configure the Cloud/Fusion GL and Cloud Assets Applications based on client requirements.
• Facilitating client workshops to understand business requirements and gather, review, validate, and document functional requirements in a conference room pilot setting.
• Analyzing gaps in technical requirements to system capabilities to propose technology solutions and appropriate workarounds.
• Leading engagements and teams to successful outcomes with a focus on client needs and value generation.
• Reviewing business processes and advising clients on Oracle product offerings to meet needs and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Providing technical leadership and guidance on best practices across project phases.
• Supporting project delivery through all phases and leading weekly status and issues meetings.
• Helping identify and develop business relationships and new opportunities with existing clients and prospects.
• Overseeing or participating in proposals or presentations for prospective engagements.
