Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in major crude oil terminals, oil refining or asphalt topping facilities.
• Exhibits in-depth knowledge of relevant codes and regulations.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot various technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide project scoping, prioritization, and cost/schedule estimates.
• Act as key contributor to risk identification and mitigation.
• Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting.
