The Operational Automation & AI Specialist plays a pivotal role in transforming and modernizing operational processes through intelligent automation and AI. Reporting to the Director, Customer Success & Operations Improvement, this role requires a deep operational understanding and the ability to assess end-to-end business workflows for opportunities to design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions. They will be responsible for identifying tactical and strategic improvement opportunities, leveraging automation platforms and AI technologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and quality across the organization. They will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external experts to deliver both immediate impact and long-term innovation. By automating manual workflows and applying AI to reduce turnaround times and improve reliability of outputs, this role will champion transformational ideas that enable scalable growth and continuous improvement.
